Why choose a trunk instead of a spinner?

A trunk has a deeper shape. The Trunk 80 is 41 cm wide and 37 cm deep, while the Lite-Box Alu Spinner 76 is 51 cm wide and 28 cm deep. As a result, the trunk stays narrow at your side and leaves plenty of room for bulky items.

How is the Lite-Box Alu Trunk 80 organised inside?

The trunk has two compartments, an upper and a lower one, each with packing straps. Both contain a removable divider with a large zip pocket. You lift the suitcase by the handles on the top and side. On the move, it rolls on four smooth-running wheels with a double telescopic handle.

Material and care

The shell and corner reinforcements are made of aluminium; the corners are anodised. Over time, aluminium picks up small dents and scratches. Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and a little mild soapy water. Abrasive cleaners damage the surface, so do not use them. Store the suitcase dry with the lid open. Samsonite arranges repairs in around 70 countries.
