We make sure your order is packed carefully and shipped quickly and insured. We ship with DPD.
The Netherlands: Free shipping on orders from €29.
Below that amount: €6,95 shipping costs.
Belgium: Free shipping on orders from €29.
Below that amount: €7,95 shipping costs.
Other EU countries: free shipping from a threshold that differs per country: €49 (Germany, Luxembourg, France and Austria), €79 (Ireland, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Lithuania), €99 (Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Sweden and Bulgaria), €199 (Finland and Greece) or €249 (Cyprus and Malta). Below that a fixed rate per country applies, which you see at checkout. The full list is in our shipping policy.
Outside the Netherlands and Belgium a minimum order value of €29 applies. You always see the shipping costs in your cart and at checkout, before you pay.
Delivery at home or at a DPD pick-up point
Our parcels are delivered by DPD. In most countries you can choose a DPD pick-up point near you during checkout, before you pay. Suitcases are always delivered to your address: they are too large for a pick-up point.
If you are not home on the first attempt, DPD tries your neighbours or takes the parcel to the nearest DPD pick-up point. You are notified by email and in the DPD app.
Returns
Not happy with your order? No problem. At ByMetz you can return it easily and quickly.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. This period starts on the day you received the product.
The cost of the return label depends on the country you return from: €7,95 (The Netherlands), €9,95 (Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg), €12,95 (France), €14,95 (Austria, Czechia, Poland, Slovakia and Lithuania), €15,95 (Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Hungary and Latvia) or €16,95 (Estonia). The amount is settled automatically against your refund.
