The Travelite Minimover is a children's suitcase made of ABS, measuring H 44 x W 36 x D 20 cm with a capacity of 28 litres. It weighs 2.3 kg and has 4 double wheels and an adjustable telescopic handle. The Unicorn version has a unicorn print in pastel and rainbow colours.
At H 44 x W 36 x D 20 cm, the Minimover is smaller than the maximum cabin luggage size of many airlines. Your child can then take the suitcase into the cabin. The rules do differ per airline and sometimes per ticket. So check the current cabin luggage rules of your airline before the flight.
Yes. At 2.3 kg the suitcase is light enough for children's hands. The telescopic handle adjusts in height, so you set it to the height of your child. The 4 double wheels turn 360 degrees, so the suitcase rolls smoothly alongside your child. On top there is a handle to lift it, for example into the car.
The main compartment holds 28 litres, enough for clothes, a cuddly toy and toys for a few days. A packing strap keeps the contents in place. In the lid there is a zipped pocket and a mesh pocket for small things such as socks, a toothbrush or colouring pencils. That way your child can pack on their own and everything stays easy to find.
The outside is a hard shell of ABS, the lining is made of polyester. Clean the suitcase with a damp cloth and, if needed, some mild soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the print. Wipe the wheels clean now and then so they keep turning smoothly.
How does the Minimover close? The suitcase closes with a zip all the way round. The lilac zip runs smoothly, so your child can open and close the suitcase on their own.
How much does the Travelite Minimover weigh? The suitcase weighs 2.3 kg when empty. That makes it easy for your child to pull and lift, even when it is packed.
