The Travelite Basics Melange is a backpack measuring H 45 x W 31 x D 16 cm with a capacity of 22 litres. It has three zip compartments, a laptop compartment for 15 inch and a chest strap. Available in Canyon Uni, Light Grey, Black, Natural/Antracite, White Print, Brown, Grey Print, Blush/Grey, Wine, Off-white Print, Navy/Grey, Anthracite, Green Print and Green/Grey.
The large main compartment has room for A4 folders and books. Your laptop up to 15 inch goes in a separate, padded compartment. In total the backpack has three roomy compartments with a zip. The front compartment has an organiser with pen holders, a small zip pocket and slip pockets for small items. The stretchy side pockets hold a drinks bottle.
You carry the backpack on padded shoulder straps. The adjustable chest strap keeps the shoulder straps in place. The back panel is padded and ventilating, so your back stays cooler. On top there is a padded handle for carrying the backpack by hand.
Yes. With room for A4 in the main compartment, the laptop compartment and the pen organiser, everything for a school day fits inside. With 22 litres of capacity and a weight of 0.7 kg, the backpack is light enough to take along every day. It also works as a daypack for work or a day out.
The Basics Melange is made of polyester. Clean the backpack with a damp cloth and a mild soapy solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners and let it air dry afterwards. Empty all compartments first, so no moisture gets near your laptop or papers.
Does a 15 inch laptop fit in the Basics Melange? Yes. The padded laptop compartment is made for laptops up to 15 inch. Do check the dimensions of your laptop, as they differ by brand.
How much warranty do you get on the Basics Melange? This backpack comes with a 3 year warranty from Travelite. If you have a problem, just contact us.
