The Kapten & Son Bergen is a backpack measuring H 39 x W 38 x D 12 cm with a capacity of 11 litres, made of vegan tech material and recycled PET. It is water-repellent and has a padded laptop compartment for 15 inch, adjustable shoulder straps and silver-coloured details. Available in Grey Black.
The padded laptop compartment holds a laptop up to 15 inch. The main compartment closes with a zip and has room for a charger, a notebook and your lunch. For small items there are 2 zip pockets and 2 slip pockets, so your keys and cards do not float around loose.
Yes, you wear the Bergen on your back with the adjustable shoulder straps or carry it by the handle as a handbag. The design is minimalist and Scandinavian, with silver-coloured details. That makes it suitable for a working day as well as an afternoon in town.
For a laptop, charger and a few folders, 11 litres is enough. The backpack stays compact and is easy to carry on the train or on your bike. If you also take sports clothes, a larger backpack is more practical.
The outside is made of vegan tech material and recycled PET, and the lining of recycled PET. The material is water-repellent: splashes bead off, but the backpack is not waterproof. Wipe off dirt with a damp cloth and some mild soapy water and let it dry open at room temperature.
Does a 15 inch laptop fit in the Kapten & Son Bergen? Yes, the padded laptop compartment is made for laptops up to 15 inch. If in doubt, check the outer dimensions of your laptop.
