The Hide & Stitches Idaho is a leather laptop bag measuring H 30.5 x W 40 x D 7 cm. The main compartment closes with a zip and has a laptop compartment for laptops up to 15.6 inch. You carry the bag by the double handle or on the detachable shoulder strap. Available in Brown and Olive.
The laptop compartment holds a laptop up to 15.6 inch. The main compartment also has a divider and a document compartment, so papers stay separate from your laptop. On the front and the back there is a zip pocket for small items. With a depth of 7 cm, the bag stays slim.
For short distances you hold the bag by the double handle. For longer trips you attach the shoulder strap. The strap is adjustable and detachable, so you decide how high the bag hangs. Empty, the Idaho weighs 1.2 kg.
Brown is a classic colour for a leather bag and goes with a suit as well as jeans. Olive is a muted shade of green that looks calm and a little different. Inside, the bag has a check pattern, so you quickly see what is in your bag.
The Idaho is made of leather. Wipe off dust and dirt with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and let a wet bag dry at room temperature, not on a radiator. A leather care product keeps the leather supple; test it first on an inconspicuous spot. Over time, leather slightly changes in colour and shine, and that is normal.
Is the Idaho suitable as a work bag or school bag? Yes. Your laptop sits in its own compartment and folders go in the document compartment. With the shoulder strap you easily take the bag to the office, school or university.
Does a 14 inch laptop also fit in the Idaho? Yes, the laptop compartment is suitable for laptops of 13.3, 14 and 15.6 inch.
