The Gabol Week Eco is a wheeled travel bag made of recycled polyester, measuring 28 x 40 x 21 cm with a capacity of 23.2 litres. The bag has two wheels, a telescopic handle and a main compartment that opens fully. It weighs 1.6 kg and is the size of hand luggage. Available in black.
With 23.2 litres, the Week Eco is made for a short trip of a few days. The main compartment closes with a zip and opens all the way, so you pack the bag like a suitcase. Inside there is a zip pocket for small items, such as chargers or jewellery. On the front there is a zip pocket for the things you need quickly on the way.
At the airport or station, you pull the bag behind you by the telescopic handle. The handle extends and is adjustable in height. The two wheels sit at the bottom of the back of the bag. If you need to lift the bag, you use the two roomy grab handles on top or the sturdy carry handle.
A wheeled travel bag is lighter than a hard-shell suitcase of the same size. The Week Eco weighs 1.6 kg, so more of the weight allowance is left for your luggage. The polyester sides are soft. That makes the bag easier to fit into a full overhead locker or car boot.
The Week Eco is made of polyester that comes from recycled PET bottles. That is why Gabol counts the bag as part of its Eco line. Remove stains with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Then let the bag dry at room temperature and only put it away once it is completely dry.
Does a laptop fit in the Gabol Week Eco? The bag has no separate laptop compartment. A laptop does fit in the main compartment, but it has no extra protection there.
Does the travel bag have a lock? No, the Week Eco has no built-in lock. The main compartment and the front pocket close with a zip.
