The Emily & Noah Avignon RUE 09 Crossbody Bag is a flat shoulder bag made of soft textile in a suede-look finish, measuring 26 x 27 x 6 cm. It has a main compartment with a zip, four additional pockets and an adjustable shoulder strap. Available in black, brown, cognac, taupe and green.
The main compartment closes with a zip. Inside, there is a slip pocket and a zipped pocket, so you can keep your cards and keys separate. There is another zipped pocket on the back and a slip pocket on the front with the RUE°09 logo. This gives everything its own place, so you do not have to search for anything.
The shoulder strap is adjustable. Wear the bag on your shoulder when the strap is shortened, or across your body when it is lengthened. With a depth of 6 centimetres, the bag stays flat against your body. This is useful when cycling, at a market or on a busy train.
The main compartment, measuring approximately 26 by 27 centimetres, fits your phone, wallet, keys and sunglasses. The bag is too small for a tablet or an A4 folder. For those, the Avignon RUE 09 City Shopper Large in the same look is a better choice.
Emily & Noah makes the Avignon RUE 09 without animal-based materials. The fabric feels soft, just like velour. Brush the bag occasionally with a soft brush in one direction. Dab stains with a slightly damp cloth and let the bag dry at room temperature.
Is the shoulder strap adjustable? Yes, you can adjust the length yourself, so you can wear the bag on your shoulder or crossbody.
Which bag goes well with it? The Avignon RUE 09 City Shopper Large has the same suede-look finish and comes in the same five colours. It is also large enough for an A4 folder.
