The EB Oakville is an expandable softcase carry-on suitcase made of polyester, H 55 x W 35 x D 20 cm, with a capacity of 35 litres. With the expansion zip it becomes 25 cm deep and holds 40 litres. It has 4 double wheels, a TSA combination lock and a zipped front pocket. Available in Denim, Navy, Olive and Black.
In its standard size the Oakville measures 55 x 35 x 20 cm. According to EB, this size is within the cabin baggage rules of airlines worldwide. Expanded, it measures 55 x 35 x 25 cm, which EB says is suitable for KLM and Transavia. Always check the current rules of your airline before your flight.
The suitcase holds 35 litres, room for clothes and things for a short trip. Need more space? Open the expansion zip for 40 litres. Inside, crossed packing straps keep your clothes in place. The zip pockets inside and the zipped front pocket are handy for small items, such as a charger or your passport.
The Oakville is a spinner on 4 double wheels. Double wheels spread the weight over more contact points, so the suitcase rolls smoothly. You pull it by the telescopic handle or push it along beside you. For stairs and the overhead bin, use the carry handle on top.
The Oakville is made of polyester. A softcase is flexible, so it slides more easily into a full overhead bin. Wipe off dirt and stains with a damp cloth and a mild soapy solution. Then let the suitcase dry open before you store it.
