If you cycle to work or college, you do not want to choose between a backpack and a bike bag. The Daniel Ray Mount Isa bike backpack 15.6 inch is both: on the way, you hang it from your luggage carrier with two sturdy hooks, and when you arrive, you unfold the shoulder straps from the back pocket and carry it as a regular backpack.
The outside is made of waterproof PU with a matte, rubber-like texture. Combined with the rolltop, which you fold over a few times and secure with a click, it keeps the contents dry during a heavy shower. The rolltop also has a zip closure for extra protection. Reflective strips make you more visible to cars in the dark.
The 18 litres include a padded laptop compartment for a 15,6 inch laptop, with room next to it for a folder, lunch, rain jacket and water bottle. The inner zip pocket keeps your charger and cables together. The front zip pocket is handy for keys and bike lights. The back pocket stores the shoulder straps so they do not get caught between your spokes.
The fastening hooks are suitable for regular bikes and e-bikes and click on and off quickly. The Mount Isa is available in black, navy, taupe and burgundy, colours that do not immediately show dirt from the road.
