A saddle bag stands out with its rounded base and wide flap that falls over it like a saddle. The Chabo Bags Croco Saddle Bag adds a deeply embossed croc print, giving the bag a more luxurious look than its price suggests. Measuring 24 by 19 centimetres and 10 centimetres deep, it sits between a crossbody bag and a day bag.
Behind the zip are two full-size compartments, separated by a central divider. This keeps your diary separate from your make-up, or your work items from your personal belongings. One compartment has a small zipped pocket, while the other has an open pocket for your phone. There is also a separate zipped pocket at the back for items you want to access without opening the bag.
The print is pressed into the leather rather than applied as a surface layer, so it will not wear away at the edges. The leather underneath remains soft and supple, so the bag does not feel stiff despite its size. Small irregularities in the print are a natural result of how it is applied.
The bag comes with a long adjustable crossbody strap and a wide short shoulder strap. The wide strap completely changes the character of the bag: worn short, it becomes a statement piece under your arm, while the long strap makes it a practical day bag. Available in grey, chocolate and burgundy.
