The Bear Design Dirk CL40025 is a shoulder bag made of oiled cowhide, measuring H 25 x W 24 x D 7 cm. It weighs 520 grams and has a flap with a magnetic closure, an inside zip pocket, a zipped back pocket and a detachable shoulder strap. Available in Black, Dark brown and Cognac.
At 25 x 24 x 7 cm it holds a tablet or an A5 diary, along with your wallet and keys. Inside there is a 17 cm zip pocket and a slip pocket for your phone or cards. Under the flap you'll find a 22 cm front pocket, for a notebook for example. You reach the 19 cm zipped back pocket without opening the flap.
The wide shoulder strap is detachable and adjusts up to 130 cm. With a short strap the bag sits at your hip, with a long strap you wear it diagonally across your body. At 520 grams it is light enough to take along all day. The model is unisex.
The Dirk is made of oiled cowhide from Bear Design's Cow Lavato collection. The seams are double-stitched and the hardware is brushed brass. With use, the leather takes on a warmer tone. Wipe the bag with a dry cloth and treat the leather with leather grease now and then. If it gets wet, let it dry at room temperature, not on a radiator.
Does a laptop fit in the Dirk shoulder bag? No, this bag is too small for a 15 inch laptop. A tablet or an A5 diary does fit.
