The Bear Design Rio CL46814 is a small doctor bag made of Cow-Lavato leather, measuring 13 x 22 x 7 cm (h x w x d). With the detachable shoulder strap you wear it crossbody, without the strap it is a clutch. The main compartment closes with a press stud. Available in Baltic Beige, Black, Cognac, Forest Green, Merlot, Red and Chocolate.
The main compartment is split in the middle by a zipped divider. This keeps your wallet separate from your keys and sunglasses. There is also an extra small zip pocket and a phone pocket. The inside is lined, so your things do not rub directly against the leather.
The shoulder strap is detachable and adjustable, with a length of about 150 cm. This lets you wear the Rio crossbody or short on your shoulder. Remove the strap and you have a clutch to hold in your hand. That gives you two ways of carrying in one bag.
The Rio has the typical curved top of a doctor bag. That shape gives the model its character. On the back there is a zip pocket for things you want to grab quickly, such as a card. With a width of 22 cm and a depth of 7 cm, the bag stays compact.
The Rio is made of Cow-Lavato leather. This is washed cowhide with a slightly weathered, natural look. That is why no two bags are exactly alike, and signs of use become part of the character. The leather stays supple and develops a deeper shine over the years. Treat it now and then with leather grease or leather balm and wipe away dust with a dry cloth.
