The Beagles Ako flap shoulder bag is a shoulder bag in faux suede (imitation suede made of polyester) measuring 26 x 18 x 7 cm, with a capacity of about 3.2 litres. It has a flap with a press stud, a zip on the main compartment and a detachable shoulder strap. Available in Black, Taupe, Dark brown and Bordeaux.
The main compartment of about 3.2 litres holds your wallet, keys, sunglasses and a small diary. Inside there is a separate phone pocket, so you find your phone quickly. The flap closes with a press stud, and underneath there is also a zip. That keeps your things in the bag if it tips over.
The bag has a handle for carrying in your hand or on your arm. You also get a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap. With the strap you wear the bag on your shoulder or crossbody, for example on a bike or on the train. Take the strap off and you have a compact handbag for an evening out.
The outside is faux suede: an imitation suede made of polyester with a soft, warm look. The lining is polyester too. Wipe away stains with a damp cloth and use some mild soapy water for stubborn dirt. Then let the bag dry at room temperature, not on a radiator.
Is the Ako flap shoulder bag made of real suede? No, the bag is faux suede. That is an imitation suede made of polyester, so no real suede is used.
Can the shoulder strap come off? Yes, the shoulder strap is detachable and adjustable. Without the strap, you carry the bag by the handle.
