The Aunts & Uncles Sendai is a messenger-style shoulder bag made of PFAS-free organic cotton. It measures H 24 x W 28 x D 9.5 cm, holds 6 litres and weighs 680 grams. It has a padded tablet compartment, a two-way zip on the main compartment and a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap. Available in Nomad, Pewter and Circular Grey.
With 6 litres of space, the Sendai carries your tablet, wallet, keys and phone. The padded tablet compartment is about 24 cm wide. Inside there are two zip pockets and a separate phone pocket, so small items don't roll around loose. Under the flap you'll find another zip pocket, and there is a zip pocket on the back. You attach your keys to the key strap.
You carry the Sendai on the detachable shoulder strap, which you can adjust in length. An extra shoulder pad adds comfort, even when the bag is full. The main compartment closes with a two-way zip and magnets, so you can open and close it quickly. That makes the Sendai a good choice if you prefer a bag to a backpack.
The Sendai is made of PFAS-free organic cotton: sturdy canvas with a water-repellent coating. The details are made of leather and the brand logo is embossed on the bag. Wipe off dirt with a damp cloth and use mild soapy water for stains. Don't put the bag in the washing machine and let it dry at room temperature. Keep the leather supple with a little leather care product.
Will my tablet fit in the Aunts & Uncles Sendai? The Sendai has a padded tablet compartment about 24 cm wide. Measure the width of your tablet beforehand, including any case, so you know for sure that it fits.
Is the Sendai water-repellent? Yes, the cotton has a water-repellent coating. The bag is not waterproof, so moisture can get through in heavy rain.
