The Aunts & Uncles Kuji RE rolltop shoulder bag is made for anyone who wants to keep their hands free while carrying their phone, wallet, keys and a water bottle. The rolltop closure expands the capacity from 2,5 to 3,5 litres, while the bag stays lightweight at 390 grams.
The main compartment closes with a rolltop or fold-over closure with press studs and a loop with a tuck-lock closure: protection from rain while still opening quickly. Inside, there is a zipped pocket, a slip pocket for your smartphone and a pen loop. An extra zipped pocket on the front and back provides space for your public transport card or earbuds.
For the Japan RE range, Aunts & Uncles developed a/u-REnuno fabric: lightweight, strong and made from recycled nylon according to the Global Recycled Standard. A PFAS-free coating keeps rain out, the YKK zips are water-repellent and the lining is made from recycled polyester. The bag is vegan and handmade in a SMETA-audited workshop.
The shoulder strap is adjustable from 100 to 160 cm and features a shoulder pad, allowing you to carry the bag on your shoulder or crossbody. Measuring 21 x 8 x 26 to 32 cm, the bag fits under a jacket and is comfortable to take on your bike, during a city trip or to a festival. The Kuji RE is the larger version of the Yodo RE, available in Black, Linen and Volcano Grey.
